Produced from Palomina grapes in the Jerez region of Spain, this richly flavored sweet-sharp vinegar is a blend of vinegars ranging 25 years in age, ensuring complexity and balance. It pairs particularly well with hearty greens, nuts, pork, paprika and honey.
